Short bio
Rut Vicente is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Zaragoza. She has taught courses in financial economics and accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration since 2015. She received her doctorate in Finance with an international mention in 2014 after the defense of the thesis entitled: “Financial analysis of international sovereign debt portfolios. Influence of the nations’ competitiveness level”.
She has been a visiting researcher at the Tilburg University (Netherlands). Her main research topics are mutual and pension funds, portfolio management, and socially responsible investment.
She has participated in a variety of national and international conferences (e.g.: Multinational Finance Society, Finance Forum, and European Financial Management Association).
