Yaolong Cui has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Salamanca (Spain). He pursued a Master’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). For several years, he worked as a Sales Supervisor at a Chinese real estate company. 
In terms of academia, his research focus revolves around investment management in pension funds. He is well aware of the challenges that pension funds pose to every country, and he believes it is crucial to confront and resolve these issues. He is convinced that finding sound and feasible investment management methods while adapting to the multidimensional interventions of society is both a promising and personally intriguing research direction for him.
