Collective Investment Industry & Socially Responsible Investment

This line examines the collective investment industry from different stakeholders’ perspectives, with a special focus on socially responsible investment. Topics include comparative analyses of the financial performance and managerial abilities of conventional and SR mutual funds, investor behaviour, the impact of SR strategies on fund performance, the decarbonization of SR fund portfolios, product differentiation in the SR mutual fund industry, and the influence of governance structure on the financial and ESG performance of SR mutual funds.

Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)

This line focuses on PPPs as a governance mechanism for infrastructure projects. Papers examine the determinants of contractual forms of PPPs, the determinants of PPP project performance, the factors attracting investment to PPP projects, and the factors determining PPP project duration.
