Short Bio

Rut Vicente is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Zaragoza. She has taught financial economics and accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration since 2015. She received her doctorate in Finance with an international mention in 2014, defending the thesis “Financial analysis of international sovereign debt portfolios. Influence of the nations’ competitiveness level”.

She has been a visiting researcher at Tilburg University (Netherlands). Her main research topics are mutual and pension funds, portfolio management, and socially responsible investment. She has presented at international conferences including the Multinational Finance Society, Finance Forum, and the European Financial Management Association.
