Juan Camón Cala holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of
Zaragoza, the same institution where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration and a Master’s degree in the same field. He also
holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of Social Economy Organizations.
His professional experience includes serving as a territorial coordinator in a
financial services company, as well as several positions in non-governmental
organizations. Throughout his career, he has specialized in consultancy and support
for cooperatives and non-profit entities. As a researcher, his work focuses on the
social and financial aspects of economics, with a specific emphasis on social impact
valuation, social entrepreneurship, and cooperativism.
